If you want to work in a setting where every day is different and every day matters we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groupsAssisting with learning activities and differentiated lessonsSupporting personal care, communication, and sensory needs (where required)Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver high-quality supportBuilding positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staffWhat We're Looking For: Experience working in UK SEN settings (schools or care/education-based roles)A calm, patient, and flexible approachStrong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children with additional needsExperience with Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach, Personal care, Moving and Handling (desirable but not essential)Long-term availability from September 2025Why Work With SAAF Education?
