This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for candidates who want direct exposure to the fundraising process and what it takes to get deals closed. Analysts will work closely with senior team members to drive outreach, organize investor conversations, and support live transactions.Key Responsibilities:Rapidly develop a deep understanding of assigned deals, including investment thesis, capital structure, and target investor profileUse proprietary tools and platforms to source and qualify family offices, HNWIs, and strategic capitalConduct targeted outreach and coordinate investor meetingsMaintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility for all outreach effortsSupport internal communications with concise weekly reporting on investor progress and key takeawaysWhat This Role Is Not:No modeling, pitch deck creation, or research reportsThis is not a traditional investment banking analyst roleThis is not academic this is about closing real dealsWhat Youll Gain:Firsthand experience in capital markets executionExposure to live investor negotiations and capital structuringDirect interaction with founders, CEOs, and investor decision-makersA clear understanding of how real money moves in private marketsIdeal Candidate:Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written communication and follow-throughInterest in private capital markets, family offices, and deal-makingPrior internship experience in finance or startups preferred but not requiredCompensation:$5,000 per signed term sheetOpportunity to build long-term relationships with capital providers
