This is a great opportunity to work for a leading international FM company, with long-term progression, extensive training, and excellent earning potential through overtime.KeyResponsibilities:* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site* Work on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, and UPS systems* Monitor and respond to building systems using the BMS* Diagnose and repair faults to minimise disruption* Collaborate with mechanical engineers and support contractors* Ensure safety and compliance at all timesWhat You’ll Need:* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installations* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)* Experience in commercial or critical building environments* Good understanding of electrical fault finding and testing* Strong communication and a proactive, can-do attitudeWhat’s On Offer* Salary: £45,000 – £47,000* Continental shift pattern (12-hour shifts across days & nights)* Plenty of overtime available at enhanced rates* Training & development opportunities* Work at a landmark building in Central London* Be part of a global facilities management company with real career prospectsStep into your next career move at a standout site in the heart of London.
