Educational Support Worker Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning? As an Educational Support Worker, you will be a vital part of the school community, providing both academic and emotional support to students with a range of complex needs. You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and pastoral teams to ensure pupils receive the tailored assistance they need to thrive in a learning environment.
