We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join a childrens residential care service in the Preston area. Youll be joining a warm and supportive team that provides high-quality care to children and young people with complex needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), and those who have experienced adverse childhood experiences. As Team Leader, you will help ensure the smooth running of the service, supporting the management team and leading staff on shift. Youll assign tasks, monitor completion, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and family-feel environment. Your role will include supporting children in their daily lives, encouraging social and leisure activities, maintaining family connections, and upholding high standards of care and safeguarding.
