Frontline Recruitment Weymouth is currently seeking a Logistics Operative to join our client's team based in Weymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced logistics operation supporting production and global distribution.Role Overview:As a Logistics Operative, you will work within the logistics team, handling a variety of tasks such as receiving materials, stock handling, kitting for production, and shipping to customers or global warehouses.Key Responsibilities:* Receive and process material deliveries, including unloading and loading bulky or palletised goods.* Control and maintain packing materials and accessories for printers and finished goods.* Prepare packing materials and pack printers in line with company specifications.* Kit and issue stock to support production demands.* Locate and manage inventory within the company’s MRP system.* Act as a banks-person for the safe loading and unloading of vehicles.* Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work environment.* Adhere to all company procedures and health and safety guidelines.Essential Skills and Experience:* Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift/counterbalance licence.* Previous experience in inventory or stock control.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Desirable Skills and Experience:...
