The Role This Residential Home offers a lovely homey environment where each resident has their own private room. Surrounded by, large accessible andwell maintained gardens, the home benefits from a severalcommunal lounges for the residents to socialise and local amenities and shops are just a short walk away! You will provide person centred care in all aspects of each individualsday to day lives, following care plans to enable eachindividual to be as independent as possible. You will be a hardworking and motivated individual and be able to hit the ground running in each service, and to be able to adapt to each service users preference.
