Mller UK & Ireland is wholly owned by Unternehmensgruppe Theo Mller which employs over 31,000 people throughout Europe.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.In the UK, Mller develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of branded and private label dairy products made with milk from 1,300 farmers in Britain.Mller is ranked within the top 20 in The Grocers Top 100 list of Britains Biggest Brands and is picked from shelves millions of times each year.Mller UK & Ireland includes: Mller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britains private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products.It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.Mller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UKs leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Mller moments for its consumers.It is responsible for major brands like Mller Corner, Mllerlight, Mller Bliss, Mller Rice, FRijj and Mller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International.It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.Brand Manager Market Drayton (hybrid) Full-time Permanent Were looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to join our Marketing team at Mller Yogurts & Desserts.This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of one of the UKs most loved brands, working in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.Responsibilites include: Leading the development and implementation of brand activity, supported by the Marketing Manager.Main day-to-day contact for creative and media agencies Co-ordinating and managing the NPD project management process, attending project meetings and ensuring compliance from all team members and driving the projects forward Partnering with the sales force to understand commercial performance and support needed to unlock distribution opportunities Co-ordinating and managing the supply of key brand materials to the Sales force, agency partners and other functions Managing the design and artwork implementation process, leasing with external design agency, and managing in house packaging approval process Administering the brand budget: maintaining spend reports, purchase tracking, purchase order raising, including liaising with Finance, Purchase & Controlling Assimilating brand and market information and produce brand presentations and monthly status reports, to be used with cross functional category team Use brand data and analysis to make and inform brand recommendation, notably during Annual Planning Understanding the brand promotion plans and work with Shopper team to develop assets Key skills & experience: Hold a degree level or equivalent qualification (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject 2-3 years Marketing experience within the FMCG sector Previous leadership experience through extracurricular activities Excellent analytical skills Capacity to embrace and create change Great team player with the ability to support, to lead, to care and to tell things as they are Passion for winning Benefits: Up to 10% annual bonus 4 x Life Assurance policy Private Medical Insurance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service) Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Family Leave Enhanced Bereavement Leave Pension Employer Contribution Scheme (matched up to 8%) Exclusive access to Mller Rewards, offering a variety of online and in-store discounts
