Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Commercial Coffee Machines Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: 30,000 - 38,000 (Depending on Experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Weekend Rota About the Role: TXP is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of commercial coffee machines, known for delivering high-quality coffee solutions to businesses across hospitality, cafs, bars, and workplaces. As the company continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled and passionate Field Service Engineer to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in coffee machine maintenance and repair who is looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission commercial coffee machines at customer sites Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance Perform boiler inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards Log service jobs and complete reports using an online system Order and fit replacement parts, including warranty processing Deliver excellent customer service and technical support Work closely with the Service Manager to improve service delivery Follow all health and safety procedures What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a field-based coffee machine engineer Skilled in working with traditional espresso machines, bean-to-cup systems, brewers, grinders, and hot water boilers Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops Passion for coffee and coffee technology Full UK driving licence PSSR training (preferred but not essential) What's in It for You: Competitive salary based on experience Company van and tools provided Extensive training and development opportunities Overtime available Company pension scheme Employee assistance programme (mental health, financial support, discounts) Extra day off for your birthday (based on length of service) Discretionary annual bonus Apply Now: If you're passionate about coffee and have the technical skills we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
