As part of their ongoing growth, they are now seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join their expanding team in Cardiff. Role Overview: As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting financial planners with high-quality technical research, detailed report writing, and the delivery of bespoke financial planning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning solutions. Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters in line with FCA requirements. Work closely with financial advisers to develop and implement tailored financial planning strategies. Ensure all client files meet compliance and audit standards. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge across all relevant areas of financial planning. Review existing financial plans to assess their ongoing suitability. Support and mentor junior paraplanners or administrators as required. Liaise with providers and third parties to gather plan information and valuations.
