Hours of Work: Full-time As the Product Support Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the Product Support Team, which includes Sales & Applications Engineers. Your primary objective will be to maximise service levels for customers, manage daily operations effectively, and ensure technical support activities enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various departments and participate in critical initiatives while tracking key performance indicators to report progress to stakeholders. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding market. Product Support Manager EMEA Requirements: Degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related hard science. Minimum of three years' experience in technical sales and/or product support. Strong knowledge of optical engineering concepts and the optics industry. Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
