About the Role As a People Business Partner, youll work closely with managers and stakeholders to deliver HR strategies aligned with Brandons vision .Youll be at the heart of our evolving HR modelcoaching leaders, supporting change, and embedding inclusive, values-led practices across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement people plans that support strategic and local priorities. Provide expert guidance on employee relations and coach managers through complex cases. Champion Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing initiatives. Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, trade unions, and the wider People Team. What Youll Bring CIPD Level 5 qualification. Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
