This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take ownership of demand forecasting across multiple channels and markets in a fast-growing, values-led business.About the role:Lead the demand planning process and create short, medium and long-term forecasts (up to 24 month horizon) for a portfolio of SKUs, as well as NPD launches and promotional activity.Play a key part in monthly S&OP reviews, aligning with Marketing, Finance, Retail, and Global Planning functions.Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and assumptions behind forecast changes.Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and contribute to ongoing process improvements.About you:3+ years of experience in demand planning (ideally within FMCG/retail/beauty industries)Strong communication skills with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical, detail-focused and commercially awareAble to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
