The Role:Provide tailored 1:1 care in a domiciliary setting (not residential)Support clients with a range of needs - emotional, behavioural, and practicalJoin in on day-to-day activities including walks and community outingsBuild strong, trusting relationships with service users? You must:Be female , due to the personal nature of the careHave experience managing complex needs and mental healthBe confident working independentlyHold a valid driving licence (business insurance preferred - support offered)Ideally already have a DBS on the Update ServiceBe fluent in English , as clear communication is essential??
