This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking people to work in a busy and friendly warehouse environment. No experience needed - just a good attitude and a willingness to learn.The Spalding site is one of the largest in their Temperature Controlled Distribution network.Role of a Warehouse Picker - AfternoonsReceiving and inspecting deliveries of goods and suppliesChecking for damaged or missing items in received shipmentsSorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standardsAssisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniquesMoving and storing products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forkliftsPicking and packing orders accurately and efficientlyManaging inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing shelvesMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentPicking various product with scannerSome manual pickingOperating and managing technical equipmentAdhering to safety management standardsAdhere to all training, work instructions, and proceduresAny other duties depend on client needsAbility to work within a chilled/cold environmentPay rates:Afternoon Shift:Mon - Friday - 12.51 p/hSaturday - 13.41 p/hSunday / BH - 13.81 p/hOT : (Mon-Fri over 47.5h) 13.21Shift Patterns Available:4 on 3 off: 12:00 - 22:00(Includes a 30-minute unpaid break)Duration: OngoingBenefits of working with us :Weekly PayOnline payslipsPPE providedOnsite parkingThis is an amazing opportunity if you are looking for warehouse operative jobs in Spalding.Sign your contract with Job&talent for some great working benefits and professional stability.
