We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Stock Controller Assistant to work alongside with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that products are available when customers need them. The responsibilities of the Stock Controller Assistant include maintaining storage and distribution of stock, check stock levels and order new supplies, maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. Our ideal candidate should have meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in data entry and analysis, and good communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal departments. The Stock Controller Assistant is responsible for: -Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks. -Coordinate and carry out the unpacking, storing, and classification of new inventory upon arrival -Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers. -Overseeing stock storage processes, ensuring all stock storage areas are organized, clean, and safe for staff -Manage and control inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks -Liaising with suppliers, couriers and 3 party logistic providers
