You will play a key role in supporting families and delivering effective early help interventions, with a focus on achieving positive and sustainable outcomes for children and their carers.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support and interventions to a caseload of families with varying levels of needLead inclusive and safe group activities within the children’s centre programmeDevelop, monitor and review support plans and family assessmentsWork collaboratively within a multi-agency setting to ensure coordinated care and safeguardingMaintain accurate and timely records of all work undertakenRequirementsA good general education (minimumNVQ Level 3or equivalent, e.g., A-Levels)Substantial experienceworking with children and young people across various settingsProven experience working withfamilies, parents, and carersDemonstrated experience inmulti-agencycollaborative workStrong understanding ofsafeguarding proceduresand experience supporting families with complex needsAbility to complete thoroughassessments, plans, and reviewsto promote child and family welfareThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner passionate about early intervention and family support to make a real difference in the community.To Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are available for an immediate start, we’d love to hear from you.
