We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and expanding healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care.This is a rewarding opportunity to lead care delivery across South London, supporting individuals with complex clinical needs while mentoring a team of carers and building strong partnerships with families and health professionals.Whats on offer: Competitive salary of up to 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Hybrid working model 1 day from home, 4 days in the communityMonday to Friday hours (9am5pm) no evenings, nights or weekends33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Private pension schemeCompany laptop and mobile phonePool car or travel card for community visitsMileage reimbursement at 0.45 per mileRobust training and development programmeKey responsibilities Adult Nurse Manager: Develop and oversee tailored care plans that reflect each clients unique needsProvide clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication managementTrain, mentor and supervise a team of carers to ensure delivery of safe, person-centred careBuild strong, trusting relationships with clients and their familiesWork closely with CHC nurses, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care packagesWhat we're looking for: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PINHands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support within the last 2 yearsLeadership qualities and team management experience (suitable for Band 5 or Band 6 nurses)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA full UK driving licence is desirable, though not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated nurse looking to step into a leadership role as an Adult Nurse Manager .
