Fleet Coordinator Havant Up to 25,520 Hyde is looking to recruit a Fleet Coordinator . As a Fleet Coordinator at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Services team to support the Fleet Manager across three regions. You will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of Hydes vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, efficiency and timely coordination of plant hire and servicing. Responsibilities Maintain an accurate fleet register and hire plant logs Arrange servicing, licence checks, and fuel cards Coordinate with suppliers, internal repair teams and operatives Process and track invoices, ensuring timely off-hiring of high-cost items Produce weekly hire reports and support data analysis and reporting Assist with the roll-out of new fleet vehicles and collection of returns Skills and Experience Required Strong administrative and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external suppliers Experience in administration, telephone support and customer service A manual driving licence is essential role will involve vehicle movement Benefits A fantastic pension Life assurance Great holidays An award-winning flexible benefits package Volunteering days Diversity and inclusion are integral to the Hyde Group.
