Solicitor (Residential) Greater London 50,000 - 65,000 Our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm with deep roots in the local community and a reputation for excellence , are seeking a(n) experienced Solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Greater London. To apply for this role, youll need experience within the legal sector.. Reporting to the Partners, youll be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with UK property law. As job title , your tasks include: Handing a high volume caseload of conveyancing matters. Working on sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and equity transfers.
