Job Title: Primary ECT (4 Days a Week - Up to M2 Pay) Location: Bexley, London Salary: Paid to Scale - Up to M2 Contract Type: Long Term Start Date: September 2025 Working Days: Monday to Thursday Job Description Prospero Teaching is working closely with a supportive and welcoming primary school in Bexley who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2025. This is a long-term role for the full academic year, covering four days a week (Monday to Thursday). The school is ideally looking for a teacher entering their second ECT year, but will also consider strong candidates completing their first year who are ready to build on their experience. The school offers excellent support, including a dedicated mentor and opportunities for professional development. For the right candidate, the school is willing to pay up to M2 on the teacher pay scale. The Role: Position: Primary ECT (KS1 or KS2 - depending on experience/preference) Location: Bexley Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full academic year Working Pattern: 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) Pay: To scale - up to M2 The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS and be registered with the ECT framework Have completed (or be completing) at least one ECT year Be available to commit to a long-term role starting in September Be confident, proactive, and passionate about teaching Be eligible to work in the UK To Be Eligible for This Role, You Must: Hold an enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service or be willing to apply for one Provide two professional child-based references Have the legal right to work in the UK TPBN1_UKTJ
