We will drive your career forward and help you to achieve your potential by offering you the opportunity to be involved in a number of different activities and expose you to the broad range of projects that PJA are involved in.We are seeking an exceptional Transport Planning Consultant to join our team in Reading, who can help us to meet the growing portfolio of projects within one of the UK’s leading independent consultancies.While our ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years’ experience we would also welcome speculative applications from people starting out in their careers or with more limited levels of experience within a graduate role.Above all we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who wish to contribute to shaping and growing a high performing, dynamic team, working seamlessly across our national business. Our transport planners support our clients in finding the best outcomes for their transport challenges.Our ideal candidateOur ideal candidates will be educated to degree level or above with experience in transport planning in either a private sector consultancy or public sector environment. We will also consider applications from candidates who have followed a different path into the industry such as through an apprenticeship.Ideally they should have experience of working as part of a team on transport planning commissions with both public and private sector clients (degree of autonomy dependant on experience and role).
