Description About The RoleWere looking for passionate people to join our Butlins Team. Our teams create memorable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for team members to join us in our Buffets department as part of the kitchen porters team as a nights cleaner. As part of your shift, you will work alongside other kitchen porters during the dinner shift, using our dishwashers, cleaning crockery and cutlery, ensuring the chefs have all cooking and buffet display dishes cleaned and available for service. Once dinner service has finished, you will then spend time in a small team cleaning all the kitchen equipment and dishwash area covering grills, ovens, fryers, high level cleaning, trolleys, walls, flooring whilst complying with all food safety and health 'safety requirements at all times. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will provide training on all elements to gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. About You Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment would be an advantageous.
