Early Years Executive Manager or Area manager (Multi-Site) Location: North & Central London (across 4 sites) Salary: Up to 65,000 per year + Annual Bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: September 2025 About the Role Our client a well-established private nursery group operating across four thriving London settings is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Manager to lead and elevate their Early Years provision. This is a rare opportunity to take on a strategic, high-impact leadership role , shaping the culture, quality, and future growth of multiple outstanding nurseries. Who Were Looking For Were seeking a proven early years leader with: At least 4 years experience in a multi-site management role A Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum); EYPS or Early Years Degree preferred Deep knowledge of EYFS , Ofsted , and early childhood best practice Strong commercial awareness and financial oversight experience A strategic mindset combined with people-first leadership Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor nursery managers and support senior team development Drive strategic improvement plans and innovation across settings Ensure compliance with all Ofsted and safeguarding standards Monitor setting performance through data analysis and regular site visits Oversee staffing, occupancy, and financial operations Promote the nurseries as centres of excellence within the community Whats on Offer Competitive salary: up to 65,000 per year Annual bonus scheme based on performance Over 40 paid holidays Supportive and values-led leadership team Clear opportunities for career progression and development Ready to Make a Real Impact?
