Package 30,000 to 40,000 A full time & permanent role Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 Fully onsite working Parking onsite Technical Service Advisor - What's involved? Technical Service Advisor Answer phone and email queries from customers regarding technical & installation issues on all our products. Ask questions about the plumbing and installation to identify if it is our product or an install failure. Advice about products/how they work and problem solving. Sending warranty replacement items and reporting faults to the supplier/factory. Identifying spare parts required rather than send a whole new item (when customer has a problem). Send goods out to customers via Sage 200 computer system. (this role is as much Customer Service as it is Technical advice). Requirements: Knowledge of plumbing and products is desirable. Excellent customer service. Able to reply to emails and phone calls in a quick turnaround. Keep clam when customers are upset and able to defuse the situation. Able to ask questions to ascertain the issue when the customer cannot explain clearly (possibly 3rd hand details). Happy to jump in and help with any sort of customer enquiry and learn our products so can be better informed.
