Sales Engineer Location: Easton-on-the-Hill, Stamford Salary : up to 45,000 + bonus Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday Position Summary We are seeking a Sales Engineer to build strong business relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and support our sales team with technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries from initial contact to order fulfilment. This role is based in our Easton-on-the-Hill (Stamford) office, with occasional travel required (up to 20%). Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries related to our products. Generate and submit technical quotations tailored to customer needs. Expedite customer enquiries and process purchase orders efficiently. Support the external sales team with product knowledge and sales strategies. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues promptly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred. 24 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role. Strong electrical engineering background is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP or CRM systems is a plus.
