Your Role Junior Maintenance Engineer: This is a blended hands-on engineering position. Youll operate production equipment and support the maintenance team with both planned and reactive tasks, developing your multi skilled engineering ability. Duties include : Assisting in routine and breakdown maintenance Learning and applying hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge Supporting production line efficiency and equipment reliability Working alongside senior engineers to build your experience What Youll Need: Basic engineering or maintenance experience ideally gained in manufacturing or production Apprentice trained or qualified to NVQ / City & Guilds level (Electrical or Mechanical) A strong interest in building your multi skilled maintenance knowledge A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Why Choose Us?
