Were looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join TC Group London in our Mayfair office. The Accounts Supervisor will support the senior management team by overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. Key responsibilities of an Accounts Supervisor will include: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management accounts for a portfolio of clients. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures. Act as a main point of contact for clients on routine accounting matters and queries. Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency within the team. Support senior managers and partners with complex accounting tasks and client service delivery Monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion of client work Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and accounting best practices Help manage team workflow and resource allocation effectively About you We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: ACA/ACCA Qualified. Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) and Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) experience. 5+ years of experience in an Accountancy Practice. Strong experience in preparing financial statements and management accounts for diverse clients. Ideally previous experience with CCH, Xero and Sage Thorough knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal compliance procedures. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to handle routine accounting queries confidently. Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best accounting practices. Ability to assist senior management with complex accounting tasks and deliver exceptional client service.
