What You'll Be Doing: Deliver high-impact transformation projects across commercial and corporate banking. Lead programme and project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance. Apply deep industry knowledge to solve challenges in payments, mortgages, cards, and regulatory change. Work with emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, APIs, Blockchain) to drive innovation. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership. What We're Looking For: 2-4+ years of consulting experience, ideally with a top-tier firm. Strong academic background and a polished, client-facing presence. Proven leadership in delivering complex programmes and managing senior stakeholders.
