Overview A well-established and growing M&E Contractor based in London are looking for a Site-Based Mechanical Project Manager to join their project delivery team. They work broadly within the commercial and residential sectors on projects up to around 4m. This role is for a long-term position running multiple packages within larger projects. You will need to be highly organised and be able to work on your own initiative and plan your days. The role will be based on residential projects and any experience in plant rooms etc would be advantageous. They offer excellent opportunities to develop within the business and work for a range of blue chip clients. This is a long-term role with further projects to move onto, though they are open to both a permanent role or a long-term contract role directly paid by the client. Roles and Responsibilities Run projects from through to completion Deliver multiple projects on time and on budget up to the value of 1m Attend meetings with clients and senior management Manage Health & Safety Manage commercial side of the project Site-Based Person Specification Mechanical Building Services Background Residential Project experience Current Project Manager experience Commercially minded Excellent communication Ambitious open for development TPBN1_UKTJ
