We're currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer Setter to join our clients busy team based in Telford. Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision components. Were looking for an experienced CNC Programmer Setter to produce high-quality products to exact specifications. Key Responsibilities: Program, set, and operate CNC machines (Turning and/or Milling) Interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment Troubleshoot and correct machining issues in real time Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor Collaborate with engineers and production staff to meet deadlines Requirements: Proven experience in CNC programming and setting Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00 Salary: Negotiable - depending on experience An immediate start is available for the successful CNC Programmer Setter.
