We support service users with complex mental health needs as they transition from secure environments to living more independently in the community.We are looking forSupport Workersto join our dedicated team in making a real difference in service users’ lives. The service supports individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including mental health illness, learning disability, brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, and personality disorder.As Part Of This Vital Service, You WillEncourage and support day-to-day independent living. Facilitate therapeutic interventions. Provide problem-solving support and crisis management.About YouWe are looking for individuals who are:Have experience of supporting people who are deaf or who have hearing impairments Fluent in British Sign Language (BSL) or D/deaf themselves Strong team players with the confidence to work independently. Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across clinical teams. Resilient, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
