We deliver flexible, inclusive Skills Bootcamps that help adults transition into digital and creative careers. Our programmes are co-designed with industry and funded by the Department for Education (DfE), with a focus on real-world skills, progression outcomes, and strong learner support. About the Role We’re looking for a confident, people-focusedFacilitatorto lead delivery on our 12-weekData Analytics Skills Bootcamp— designed in partnership with industry experts fromDatacove . You’ll guide learners through structured activities, expert masterclasses, and hands-on projects that build skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and storytelling with data. Your role is to make the learning come alive: providing coaching, clarity, and confidence as learners work through the course. Each cohort runs part-time (Weds & Fri mornings), with some additional paid time for planning, tutorials, and team meetings. The learners include: ·Employed professionals in spreadsheet-heavy roles looking to upskill ·Career changers and freelancers breaking into the data sector You’ll support both groups with warmth, clarity, and practical insight — helping them not justlearn , butprogress . What You’ll Do ·Lead twice-weekly online sessions (Weds & Fri, 9am–1pm) ·Support learners during and after Datacove’s expert masterclasses ·Guide project work, data challenges, and real-world case studies ·Help build an inclusive, encouraging learning environment ·Deliver 1:1 tutorials and manage ILPs (Individual Learning Plans) ·Monitor learner progress ·Provide coaching, troubleshooting, and encouragement ·Celebrate milestones and keep learners motivated ·Provide academic and pastoral support where needed ·Liaise with our Learning Support team on inclusive learning strategies ·Step in to lead small-group sessions if Datacove are unavailable ·Share learner insights to inform delivery improvements 4. Collaborate with TechNative & Datacove ·Feed into session planning and curriculum refinement ·Join team check-ins and contribute to quality assurance ·Help organise key events: induction, midpoint reviews, and final showcases What We’re Looking For ·Strong working knowledge of tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python ·Confident facilitator with excellent communication skills ·Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting adult learners ·Comfortable with tools like Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Google Drive ·Background in adult education, Skills Bootcamps, or workplace training ·Experience in a professional data role or analytics environment ·Familiarity with ILPs, inclusive learning strategies, or RARPA ·Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences You don’t need a teaching qualification — we’ll support the right person to complete one through our funded CPD programme.
