We are an organisation that believes in "Looking After Our Team", "Giving Something Back" and striving to "Be Great Today, Better tomorrow".We are looking for new Event Safety Stewards who champion our values to join our team keeping people safe at some of the best events, festivals and stadiums.You must be 18 years old to apply for this role.Main Duties:Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling. Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries. Crowd management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to. Deliver approachable customer service and support. Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour/take appropriate action. Egress control. Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols.About You:The ideal candidate will need to...Have a clear passion for Keeping People Safe. Have a good understanding of security risks and threats present at events and festivals. Be friendly and have great interpersonal skills. Have excellent communications skills.
