Your role with us: Lettings negotiator Advertise our properties on relevant portals and websitesArrange viewings with clientsNegotiate fair dealsFinalise bookings What does the pay look like? Now, let me be upfront: the basic salary is 23,000 per year. But the real money is in the commissions and bonuses, last year, our top seller earned 85,000. Of course, they have worked for it, but thats the point. If youre ambitious and goal-oriented, theres no ceiling here. Where are our properties? We operate in East London E1 4DT, and today, we cover areas such as Islington, Whitechapel, Canary Wharf, Shepherds Bush, Acton, Streatham, Greenwich, Camden, Hackney, Ealing, Wembley Park, and more. Over the next few months, we are listing over 1,200 rooms on the market, meaning there will be some serious opportunities if youre someone whos eager to earn and not afraid to put the work in.
