Senior Quantity Surveyor Northern Ireland Fit-Out Contractor | Projects Across Dublin & UK | 60K75K In partnership with GEDON Executive GEDON Executive is currently working with a dynamic and growing Fit-Out Contractor based in Northern Ireland , seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor . Specialising in high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Dublin and the UK , this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering excellence on projects typically ranging from 1m5m . About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit commercial team where youll play a key role in managing the full commercial lifecycle of fast-paced, design-led fit-out schemes. Youll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure cost control, quality, and programme are all delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Lead pre- and post-contract commercial activities on multiple fit-out projects Prepare tender documentation, cost plans, and value engineering assessments Manage subcontractor packages, procurement, and monthly valuations Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery and financial performance Provide mentorship to junior commercial staff when required Requirements 6 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally with a fit-out or main contractor Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (ideally JCT or similar) Experience managing multiple projects valued between 1m5m Based in Northern Ireland with willingness to travel to Dublin or UK for projects Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Whats on Offer Salary in the region of 60K75K , depending on experience Long-term opportunity with a well-regarded and growing contractor Autonomy and visibility in a senior, client-facing commercial role Ongoing pipeline of high-end projects across Ireland and the UK Friendly, collaborative team culture with strong support from leadership Apply Now If youre an experienced QS ready to step into a senior role with variety, ownership, and career growth, wed love to hear from you.
