The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated team at a beautiful Blue Chip Brand resort in Kenmore, Scotland. As a senior member of the resort team, you''ll take ownership of daily housekeeping operations, ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Oversee housekeeping operations across all resort accommodation. Manage staff rotas and schedules in partnership with the Assistant Manager. Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and maintain COSHH compliance. Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks across the resort. Provide leadership and support to housekeeping staff, ensuring morale and efficiency. Liaise with guests and internal teams, offering a professional and friendly approach. About You Experience: Previous management experience in a holiday park, hotel, or similar hospitality environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of COSHH, cleaning protocols, and inventory management. Skills: Excellent organisation, time management, and interpersonal communication.
