Right now, we are looking for a Support Workerto play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Hammersmith and Fulham.Sounds great, what will I be doing?This position is for 16 hours a week.This role involves empowering clients to manage their health, wellbeing, and independence by identifying strengths and achieving goals in partnership with subcontractors. You'll support their engagement with community professionals, clearly explain service pathways, and co-produce group activities and peer networks. Responsibilities include promoting client safety and participation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring confidentiality. You'll assist with tenancy management, including rent collection, arrears, and voids, while helping clients build independent living skills. Working flexibly within the team, you'll also support health and safety, property maintenance, budgeting, and efficient use of resources under the Team Leader's direction.What do I need to bring with me?You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.Here's what the team will be looking forWith a solid understanding of health and safety in accommodation-based settings, I am skilled at monitoring and maintaining the security and wellbeing of supported housing environments, promptly reporting any maintenance needs. I bring experience working with individuals with mental health needs and possess a basic knowledge of housing management, including maintenance and repairs. My strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills enable me to produce clear, professional communications.
