As Growth Manager, you’ll drive the clients growth strategy by leading marketing and brand execution, managing our online and offline presence, and ensuring our messaging reflects the ambition and calibre of our work. You’ll own our digital touchpoints, growth playbooks and marketing campaigns—backed by data, research and insight.You’ll also take responsibility for ensuring our successes, case studies and industry insights are regularly published and promoted—keeping our website and social channels fresh, consistent and ahead of the game. Your work will directly support lead generatio in both the UK and Middle East markets.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement a growth strategy aligned with the client’s business goalsIdentify market opportunities, partnerships, and positioning initiativesBuild internal growth playbooks and templates to standardise brand, event and digital activitiesDeliver clear, data-led performance reports to support business decision-makingOwn and manage the client’s digital platforms, including website and LinkedInEnsure a steady stream of fresh, engaging, and insight-driven contentMaintain brand consistency in tone, design and messaging across all channelsOversee creation and distribution of case studies, thought leadership, and industry insightsPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with the Sales teamManage the client’s presence at industry events, conferences, and sector showcasesCoordinate branding, messaging, and follow-up communicationsTrack and analyse the impact and ROI of campaign and event activitiesSupport sales enablement by producing targeted content and campaign materialsOptimise CRM workflows to nurture leads and monitor sales funnel performanceImplement automated outreach and content strategies to grow the pipeline Market Research & PositioningConduct competitor, sector, and trend research to inform strategic positioning · Use insights to identify growth gaps, messaging improvements, and digital optimisation opportunitiesContinuously monitor and refine positioning to ensure alignment with market expectations.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED4+ years’ experience in marketing, growth, or commercial strategy rolesTrack record of managing B2B digital channels and delivering marketing campaignsConfident using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI and LinkedIn Campaign Manager · Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and performance trackingExperience managing events, both online and in-personBackground in consultancy, fast-growth environments, or digital industries is highly desirable Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related fieldCertifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus
