We pride ourselves on leading for new, innovative and sustainable products and solutions, both for today and for a new era of building.To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to come and join our team at our Laybrook site in Pulborough RH20 2LWThe Role:The successful candidate will be supporting the Factory Manager and the TPM team as well as organising on site meetings and general clerical dutiesKey responsibilities:Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone and emailComplaints handling and preparing Credit notes.Administration of Bulk orders and call offs, Order Book and schedule ManagementEnsure that regular and accurate updates are made on company CRM packageSales enquires, working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer journeyWorking closely with other factory admins, providing support where requiredQualifications & Experience:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.Evidence of working as part of an effective teamParticipation in training events, which may necessitate travel and overnight staysExcellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skillsFlexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiativeWorking knowledge in Microsoft applications including email, Excel and Word.Plenty of team spirit and an enthusiastic attitude to workSelf-discipline and the ability to multi-task.Full driving LicenceThink you can make a difference?
