This firm is known for providing non-qualified staff with excellent long-term progression opportunities, including support through qualification via the SQE. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Processing Land Registry applications and registrations Conducting priority searches, bankruptcy searches and Land Registry checks Preparing contract packs and handling pre- and post-completion tasks Drafting and submitting SDLT returns to HMRC About You: Have at least 12 months' experience of assisting fee-earners in a busy conveyancing department Familiarity with Land Registry and SDLT submission portals Excellent attention to detail What's on Offer?
