Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care. Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted inspections. Promote a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience managing or deputising in a childrens residential setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Solid understanding of Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
