Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components for manufacturing processes Support production teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting Improve existing machinery and processes to enhance efficiency and safety Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and testing Create and maintain technical documentation, including CAD drawings and specifications Ensure compliance with health 'safety and quality standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering function Experience & Skills Required: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Working hours - 37 per week (DAY SHIFT ONLY): Monday to Friday - start time can be discussed Benefits: 25 days holiday + statutory holidays Access to a leading wellbeing platform with retail discounts Profit related bonus Free parking Interviews are to be held as soon as possible for this Maintenance Engineer role.
