About the Company Our client is a trusted name in the design, specification, and installation of electronic systemscovering CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and tailored software solutions. About the Role As Business Development Manager , youll lead on generating new business and developing relationships across the commercial sector. This is a high-impact role where your technical knowledge, consultative approach, and commercial drive will make a real difference. Youll be responsible for: Winning new business Engaging new clients and identifying opportunities across Access Control, Fire & Security, and bespoke solutions. Technical sales 'solution design Working closely with internal teams to shape solutions and ensure the best outcome for each client. Delivering growth Meeting and exceeding targets in line with the companys business plan. Market insight Staying informed on market trends and competitors to help shape unique selling propositions. Client engagement Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and ensuring strong, lasting client relationships.
