Estimator - Construction Are you an Estimator with construction experience looking to develop your career? Our client is a searching for an Estimator to join their successful pre-construction team where you will play a 'key role' in pricing and securing ranging from 5m - 15m. About the Role: Our client is a marketing leading contractor in the luxury care home, retirement living and extra care sectors and new build social housing. They have a track record delivering projects for an impressive list of repeat clients and are now moving into new markets such as commercial and industrial developments as part of their 10-year growth plan. In the role you would be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project specifications, and working closely with the design, procurement and construction teams.
