Purposeoftherole TheCommercialAccountManagerwillmanageoneotherAccountManagerresponsiblefortheretentionandgrowthofcorporateartrentalaccounts.Thisisaseniorclient-facingrolethatcombines accountmanagement,strategicsalesdevelopmentandendtoendprojectmanagement. Keyresponsibilities Leadtheongoingmanagementandrotationofleasedcorporateartcollections DevelopandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyclientstakeholdersacrossC-suite,operationsandfacilities. BriefandcollaboratewithArtsDepartmenttodelivercuratorialpresentationsandprovidestrategicadvisoryoncollectiondevelopment,diversityandimpact. CollaboratewithOperationsteamtoensuresmoothdeliveryofinstallationandsatisfactionacrossexternalstakeholders. Ownandmanageamonthly,quarterlyandannualsalespipeline ,ensuringrevenuetargetsareconsistentlymetorexceeded. Identifyandcultivateopportunitiesforaccountgrowthacrossexistingclientbase.Leadthestrategicdevelopmentofexistingaccountsthroughtailoredengagementplansandcommercialproposals. ReportonsalesactivityandclientperformancetotheCommercialDirectorandwiderleadershipteam. Managethefulllifecycleofcollectionprojects,collaboratingwithinternaldepartmentsincludinglogistics,curation,marketing,andfinancetodelivertoclientexpectations. ChampiontheuseofCRMandinternaldatabases,establishingbestpracticesfordocumentationandclienttracking. Requires: ProvenexperienceinaB2Bsenioraccountmanagement,salesorrolewithintheart,creative,orculturalsectors Provenexperienceinsalesmanagementorsupervision Strongcommercialacumenwithdemonstrablesuccessmanagingasalespipelineandachievingrevenuetargets. Outstandinginterpersonalandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoengageandpresenttostakeholdersatalllevels. ProficiencyinCRMsystemsandusingMSExcel. Full-timerolebasedintheirLondonoffice,withhybridworking.Eveningattendanceateventsandfunctionsmayberequiredattimes.
