Working independently while being supported by a national team and resources. What Were Looking For Proven experience and track record in education recruitment of senior consultant or above. Strong knowledge of the North East education market within your chosen sector. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working remotely. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
