Contracts Estimator Up to 38,000 per annum Leicester, hybrid (4 days in office, 1 at home) 8:00am-5:00pm Are you currently managing contracts and quotes within the construction or KBB world? Whats in it for you? 25 days holiday plus bank holiday Working in an international business that still has a family-run atmosphere Career progression the current MD started his journey in the finance department The Role We are looking for an ambitious individual to come in and manage incoming quote requests, and to determine the potential with each and produce commercially viable options. Youll be providing competitive quotations to regional and national housebuilders, hotel chains and bathroom pod customers to name a few. Youll work alongside three other estimators, support and mentor where needed, and collaborate closely with the Head of Contracts and wider sales team on larger projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure information gathered to produce quotations is accurate and commercially viable Understand customer requirements to ensure accurate cost estimations Identify potential risks and opportunities associated within projects and tendors and factor them into contract support quotations What we are looking for: Experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or KBB Strong commercial acumen this is not a price list role; we need someone who can think strategically Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Someone who is positive and ambitious Get in touch with Shannon at Stirling Warrington to discuss further.
