About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in a busy, high-performing residential conveyancing team. As a key member of the department, you will manage your own caseload of varied residential property transactions and contribute legal expertise across the business. Youll also provide technical guidance and support to more junior team members to ensure high standards of compliance and client service are consistently met. Key responsibilities include: Running a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions Advising on lease extensions, deeds of variation, matrimonial transfers, and SDLT requirements Supporting and mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with SRA and regulatory requirements Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the department Building strong relationships with clients, introducers, and internal teams We are looking for a self-driven individual with strong technical knowledge and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
