We work together as a neurodiversity-affirming team to help achieve their goals and aspirations.When not in session, you might find us in our slippers, playing games in the therapy room, taking a walk, or working on new projects.We are currently looking for two Paediatric Speech and Language Therapists to join the team,Overview:Conduct assessments using a variety of standardised and non-standardised toolsPrepare Speech and Language therapy reports.Set functional, strengths-based goals in collaboration with families and children using child-friendly goal-setting tools.Deliver therapy sessions at our Horsham studio..Explore topics of interest and facilitate staff development during our weekly team meetings.Our team enjoys lunch together around 12:30 PM every day.Working Hours:Full Time / Part TimeWorking hours for this position are flexible, allowing for early or late starts and finishes to accommodate your schedule.Accessibility/Facilities:Designated parking right outside the building.One step and a threshold at the main entrance.Three therapy rooms located up a flight of stairs.Two Therapy rooms located ground floorStaff office with ergonomic desks for each team member.Staff kitchen/dining room and a separate staff toilet.Essential Criteria:Qualified Speech and Language TherapistHealth and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registrationBenefits:Company Pension SchemeFully Comprehensive BUPA HealthcareHCPC annual registrationSupervisionSick payTraining budgetsTeam daysSummer & Winter partiesChristmas closureIf you would like to speak with us or arrange a visit to the studio before submitting a formal application, please get in touch.
